1. How Does a Markets Plus Subscription Work?

Our subscription membership plan has been introduced to help writers who would rather pay a small quarterly fee instead of paying a big lump sum upfront. (When it was first introduced, we offered some a subscription plan. Some members may still have one of these plans).

Upon joining, you will be charged for the first 6 months in advance. After the first 6 months, you will be charged a small quarterly subscription fee every month (normally $7.50).

2. Are the Payments Made in Advance?

Yes. Our monthly membership plans are strictly "Payment in Advance".  Should you decide to cancel, which you may do at any time, no refund is payable for any unused days.

3. How Do I Cancel My Markets Plus Subscription

You may cancel your Markets Plus Subscription at any time.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you should contact Worldwide Freelance Support directly at support @ altavado.com  [remove the spaces in the email address] and we will cancel your subscription. Please be sure to mention that you wish to cancel your Markets Plus membership, so that we do not confuse your request with your free newsletter subscription, if you have one.

Once you have cancelled your membership, no further payments will be charged to you.

4. Will The Subscription Price Ever Rise?

You will lock in your quarterlyly price at the time of subscribing. From time to time we review our product offering and pricing structure, but any increase we make would normally only affect new subscriptions after that change. In the unlikely event we ever had to raise the quarterly subscription fee on your plan, (for example, if rampant inflation hits us all), then we would need to end your current subscription and invite you to re-join at the new price. We do not expect something like this to happen).
